Fiesta was founded in January 2014 by a Mexican-born Iowan who has called this state home since 2000. What began as one local restaurant has grown into three gathering places for neighbors, families, and friends across Central Iowa.
We pair Mexican tradition with Iowa hospitality: generous food, welcoming dining rooms, and a Fiesta that feels close to home.
