Signature Fiesta Bar: entrée choices & upgrades

Choose two entrées: chicken fajitas, steak fajitas, pork carnitas, chile verde, or pollo loco.

Entrée upgrades: choripollo +$1/person; shrimp fajitas or chipotle shrimp +$1.50/person.

Choose two sides: refried beans, Mexican rice, white Mexican rice, pinto beans, or black beans.

Side upgrades: fresh garden salad, charro beans, or Fiesta corn +$1/person each.

Includes warm tortillas, two salsas, fresh toppings, chips, and mild salsa. Minimum 15 guests. Tax, service, and optional extras are additional.

  • Without a buffet: $500 (for fewer than 100 guests)

Just add ice and enjoy! For the perfect pour, combine 1 cup of ice with 1 cup of our house-made margarita mix, shake or stir well, and serve in your favorite glass.

Each gallon yields approximately 12 refreshing drinks when served over ice. Salud!

Should I order online or get an event estimate?

For pickup or delivery, choose your Fiesta location and order online. For weddings, staffed buffets, assisted plating, or a queso fountain, start with an event estimate. You can see your estimate before entering contact details, then submit your request for availability and final pricing.

How far ahead should I order?

Check available dates and times when ordering online. For a staffed event or a time-sensitive request, text our catering team or call (515) 207-2577 to confirm availability before making plans. Our catering office is open Monday–Saturday, 8am–3pm.

Can you deliver to my event?

Choose a location and delivery when ordering online to check your address and available times. For an event request, share your venue address so our team can confirm delivery availability and the final fee.

What comes with the food?

Chips and salsa are included with the meal bars listed above. Pickup and delivery orders come in disposable containers with serving utensils. Plates, napkins, and cutlery are optional in the event estimate; review your online order or ask our team to confirm tableware for your setup.

What about dietary needs or allergies?

Vegetable options are available. Tell our catering team about allergies and dietary needs before ordering so we can discuss ingredients and preparation for your group.

What is the minimum order?

Our catering meal bars have a 15-person minimum. Tacos by the dozen are priced separately; check the online menu or contact our team to confirm the minimum for your order.

Are these the final prices for my event?

Meal bar prices are per person. Tax, service, delivery, and optional extras may be additional. Select your event date in the estimate tool for applicable menu prices and service fees. Your estimate is not a reservation; Fiesta confirms availability and final pricing before your date is reserved with the required deposit.
